July's DPHH Location

Because this year's 4th of July is on a Saturday, Zavier and I will host July's DPHH on Friday July 10th to allow folks who may be going out of town to celebrate America's birthday, not to miss July's DPHH :-]

*a gentle reminder that sometimes when we have DPHH at various locations with more than 1 floor, do check all the floors in case when you enter we are not immediately visible. We the host/hostess have NO control over where the bar staff directs our DPHH gatherings and we often do not find out until we arrive that night.*

JDPHH's Cheese & Wine 6/28 Change of Location

I was recently informed that JDPHH has changed location, see below;

Jewish Deaf Professional Happy Hour

Please take a moment to welcome a new addition to NYC DPHH scene called Jewish Deaf Professional Happy Hour (JDPHH). So what is JDPHH all about? Read below;

JDPHH- Jewish Deaf Professional Happy Hour is for people that cannot come to NYC DPHH Events because it's usually on Friday evenings and that night our Holy Shabbath. So we created JDPHH for people who can come on Sunday evenings instead of Friday nights.

We thought Wine and Cheese is a nice way to get together with other Jewish Deaf and Hard of Hearing people your age. Married and singles Jews are welcome. There will be light refreshments available, plus plenty of games and socializing. Dinner can be ordered. $15.00 cover. It's Glatt Kosher under supervison of OU.
